The Royal Victorian Order was founded by Queen Victoria in 1896. The Royal Family Order of Elizabeth II was an honour bestowed on female members of the British royal family by Queen Elizabeth II. Usually so called, but more formally named the Royal Order of Jesters, an organization evolved out of the good fellowship of members of the Mystic Shrine.
